what is pitch it?

Pitch It! is STREAM Global's in-school capacity-building program. Students tackle real-world challenges, build solutions, and pitch their ideas. At the same time, and this is the part that makes it different, the educators in the room are being trained. Not separately. Not later. Right alongside their students, in real time.

This is not a one-time event. It's a three-year arc that ends with your school running STREAM completely on its own.

Why pitch it! exists?

Too many schools want STREAM learning but don't have the capacity to sustain it. Pitch It! changes that from the inside.
Most programs bring an outside experience in, then leave. The school is inspired but nothing is different on Monday. Pitch It! was built specifically to solve that problem. Every element of the program is designed to build capacity that stays with the school after STREAM steps back.
Hands-On Learning: Real Challenges, Real Classrooms
Students work in teams to tackle career-connected problems, design solutions, and think creatively, delivered during the school day with no transportation required.
Educator Training
Teachers learn by doing, not watching
The STREAM Launch is live professional development. A teacher who goes through Pitch It! carries STREAM methodology into every classroom they teach for the rest of their career. That's the multiplier.

Built to make itself unnecessary
By year three, your staff leads all STREAM programming on their own. STREAM stays connected as your network, but the work of building capacity is done. The school owns it.
